HEY friend...
We See
You!
Late nights, too many “shoulds,” and not enough progress to show for it. We’ve been there, and we know how heavy that can feel.
You don't have to stay stuck!
We created Charliemadison Labs to help you cut through the noise, take small intentional steps, and build momentum without burning yourself out. No hustle. No pressure. Just a steady, supportive way to build a business you love without giving up the life you’re building it for.
Before starting Charliemadison Labs, I spent over three decades in science, research, corporate training, and public health, while also learning how to grow our first business in the margins of real life. I’m a self-taught entrepreneur who knows what it’s like to second-guess decisions, juggle competing responsibilities, and keep moving forward even when the path isn’t clear.
I’m a veteran Navy spouse, a girl mom, a lifelong learner, and a forever science nerd at heart. Meditation, journaling, and asking better questions have changed how I show up — in business and in life — and they’re a big part of how Charliemadison Labs came to be.
I believe progress doesn’t come from having all the answers — it comes from being willing to learn, test, and trust yourself along the way.

I joined our family business full-time in 2020, right after graduating with a degree in Business, during a season when nothing felt certain. While helping grow Charliemadison Originals through strategy, storytelling, and digital marketing, I was also earning my Master’s degree in Data Analytics - learning in real time how to adapt, problem-solve, and build something meaningful alongside my mom.
I’ve always had more of a Type A personality, but working together has taught me how to loosen my grip, trust the process, and stay flexible when things don’t go according to plan. Nearly everything I know about marketing has come from hands-on experience, figuring things out as I go, and learning what actually works.
I believe resourcefulness can take you further than perfection - and that growth often requires embracing change, even when it feels uncomfortable. I’m currently living in New York City, building a new chapter both personally and professionally, and still finding my way one step at a time.
